The Wildlife Department confirmed record numbers of birds from Siberia, China, and Europe, including Greylag Geese, Mallards, Pochards, and the rare Brahminy Duck. Observers describe the sight of half a million birds taking flight against the backdrop of snow-capped mountains as “National Geographic-level.”
